Track MRR and revenue
See MRR, one-time payments, past due and cancelling subscriptions, and your bank balances and runway, from Stripe, Polar, Mercury, Wise, Rho, and Brex.
Revenue reads MRR, subscriptions, and payments from your billing accounts, plus cash in the bank, for the whole workspace or one property at a time.
Go to GrowRevenue, or Open Revenue.
Connect billing and banks
Connect Stripe or Polar, read-only, for each property's MRR, subscriptions, and payments. Open Connections. If a property's own app reports its MRR through the LopeBase Adapter instead, and no billing account covers it, Revenue shows that number labeled "reported by the app."
Banks are connected once for the whole workspace, not per property: Mercury, Wise, Rho, or Brex. Connecting any of them adds a Cash section to Revenue.
MRR, one-time revenue, and totals
With every billing source in the same currency, the top strip shows MRR from active subscriptions, how many are active (and how many are past due), gross and net payments in the last 30 days, and, when reported, one-time payments outside subscriptions. Sources in more than one currency are never added into one total; pick a property to see its own numbers, or read each property's row under By property instead.
One property in detail also shows its live subscriptions, worst first: past due, then cancelling, then active, with each customer's plan and monthly amount; and its most recent payments across every connected source.
Past due and cancelling subscriptions
A subscription shows past due the moment a charge fails, and cancelling once the customer has set it to end at the period's close. Both are called out on the By property summary (as counts) and in detail on one property's subscription list, so you can follow up before the money is actually lost.
Cash and runway
With a bank connected, Cash shows what is available now and money in and out over the last 30 days, added up in your main currency; balances held in another currency are listed beside it, not folded in. Runway is cash divided by the last 30 days' net outflow, so it moves every month: if more came in than went out, it reads "Growing" instead of a number.
AI revenue review
Review my revenue reads MRR, cancellations, past-due subscriptions, and recent payments, then says where revenue stands, what is at risk, and what to do about it. Customer names and emails are never sent to the AI. It uses AI credits or your own key, with the cost shown before you run it.
Where to go next
- Connect Stripe for MRR and subscriptions.
- See your users to find who is behind a past-due or cancelling subscription.
- Build a dashboard to put revenue and cash on one screen with everything else.

Why don't my revenue totals add up across properties?
Totals only add sources reporting in the same currency. A property billing in euros next to ones billing in dollars shows its own row instead of folding into the combined total; look at By property for each one's own numbers.
Why is "Cancelling" blank or "Not reported" for a property?
Not every billing source reports whether a subscription is set to cancel at period end. When it reports nothing, Revenue says "Not reported" rather than showing zero.
Why does a property show no live subscriptions when I know it has customers?
Check that the connected key belongs to that property's own billing account; a key pointed at the wrong account reads as empty rather than wrong, since there is nothing to show.
Why does Runway say "Growing" instead of a number?
Runway is only shown when more money went out than came in over the last 30 days. If the workspace took in more than it spent, there is no burn to divide by, so it reads "Growing."
Why is a bank balance listed separately instead of added to Cash?
Cash only sums balances in your main currency (US dollars, if any account uses it). A balance in another currency is listed beside the total, not folded in, so the number stays accurate.
