What counts as a product?
Each connected source counts once: your own product's adapter, a Stripe account, a PostHog project, and so on. Free covers one.
What is an operator?
A person who can sign in to your console. Each plan sets how many you can add, and each person gets a role.
What happens to older audit events on a smaller plan?
They are kept. The feed only shows as far back as your plan allows, and the rest comes back into view when you move to a longer plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Every workspace starts on Free, and you can move up or down from the billing screen in the console.
Do you need a card to start?
No. Free needs no card and has no time limit.
