Read the audit log
Every change made in your workspace, with its before and after, who made it, and how to filter and export the audit log.
Every change made through LopeBase, connecting or removing a source, inviting a teammate, writing and publishing an article, running an SEO audit, and more, lands on the audit log with its before and after. It is the record of who did what, and when.
Open the audit log
Go to ManageAudit, or Open Audit.
With a property picked in the sidebar, the feed narrows to that property's events plus workspace-wide ones, like connecting an app or changing an operator's role. Clear the property focus to see everything.
Filter and export
Filter by connector, action, actor, or a date range, then press Filter. The Connector, Action, and Actor lists only show values that actually appear in your log, so you are never filtering against something that was never recorded.
Export the current filter as CSV or JSON from the buttons above the list, for your own records or to hand to an accountant or auditor.
How far back you can see
Your plan sets how much history the audit feed shows:
| Plan | Audit history shown |
|---|---|
| Free | Last 30 days |
| Studio | Last 365 days |
| Portfolio | Full history |
| Agency | Full history |
Older events are never deleted by a shorter plan. They are kept and come back into view the moment you move to a plan with a longer window.
Where to go next
- Invite your team to see what each role is allowed to do.
- Plans, trial, and billing for every plan's audit retention.

I can't find an old event
Your plan may only show a limited window of history. The audit page says how many days your plan shows, with a link to see plans if you need more.
The audit log is empty
Nothing has changed yet, or your property focus in the sidebar is hiding everything. Clear the focus, or connect a property if you have not yet.
An event shows a connector name I don't recognize
Connector names in the log use the pattern service@product, like stripe@acme. The part after the @ is the property it belongs to.
