Plans, trial, and billing
What each LopeBase plan includes, monthly or yearly billing, how the free trial works, what happens when it ends, and how invite rewards work.
LopeBase prices by how many products you connect, not by seat or by feature. A new workspace starts on a 14 day trial of the Portfolio plan, no card needed, then settles onto whichever plan fits.

A product counts once no matter how many sources it has connected. Workspace-wide connections, like your own AI key or a shared bank account, never count against the product limit. Need more credits than your plan includes? Buy a pack or bring your own AI key; see AI reviews and credits.
Pay yearly and get two months free
Every paid plan can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly costs ten months' worth, so Studio is $290 a year (about $24 a month), Portfolio $990 (about $83 a month), and Agency $2,990 (about $249 a month). The plan is the same either way: same products, operators, audit history, and AI credits, and credits still reset on the first of each month.

Go to Billing, or Open Billing.
Pick Yearly
Use the Monthly and Yearly switch above the plans. Each plan shows its yearly price and what that comes to per month.
Choose a plan
Checkout opens with the yearly price. Once payment goes through, the plan applies within a minute.
Your current plan shows how it is billed and when it renews. If a plan has no Yearly option on the switch yet, it is available monthly only for now.
The trial
A new workspace gets every Portfolio feature for 14 days with no card on file. If you choose a plan before the trial ends, that plan takes over right away. Otherwise the workspace moves to Free automatically.
Pick Studio, Portfolio, or Agency from the pricing page before you even sign up, and your workspace opens Billing already set to that plan once it is ready.
Partway through the trial, and always in its final week, admins see a short summary on Overview: what the workspace has connected and used so far, and which of that would actually be affected by moving to Free, with a button to upgrade and how many days are left. Closing it brings it back after a few days rather than for good.
Subscribe to any paid plan, monthly or yearly, before your trial ends and you get 500 bonus AI credits, once, on top of what the plan includes. Billing shows the offer while your trial is running, and confirms it after you upgrade.
When a plan does not have room
If your trial ends, or you move to a smaller plan, and you have more products connected than the plan allows, LopeBase does not delete anything. The products you connected first, up to the plan's limit, keep updating. The rest pause: their settings and history are kept, but their numbers stop refreshing until you choose a plan with room for them, which turns them all back on at once.
Go to Billing, or Open Billing.
Billing lists exactly which products are paused, if any.
If a payment fails
A past-due invoice does not lock you out: everything you already have keeps working, but adding a new connector, operator, or dashboard is paused until the invoice is settled. If it stays unpaid, the workspace is suspended: reads still work, but every change is blocked until billing is restored.
Changing or cancelling a plan
Paid plans renew at the end of each month or year, depending on how you pay. To move to another plan, or to switch between monthly and yearly billing, open Manage subscription on the Billing page; the change is handled there on the secure billing portal.
You can cancel any time from Manage subscription. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for, a month or a year, then the workspace moves to Free; nothing you connected is deleted.
Invite a friend, get a free month
Share your invite link and the workspace that joins through it gets its own trial, then its first paid month free. Once they make their first payment, your next month is free too, with no cap on how many times this can happen.

My product stopped updating after my trial ended
It is most likely paused because your plan does not have room for every product you connected. Billing lists which ones are paused; choose a plan with enough room and they turn back on right away.
I can't connect a new source or add a teammate
Check Billing for a past-due or suspended notice. Existing connections keep working during a past-due invoice, but adding anything new is paused until it is settled.
I don't see a Yearly option
The Monthly and Yearly switch only appears when yearly billing is available for at least one plan, and a plan without a yearly price shows "Monthly billing only for now". If you already pay, switch to yearly from Manage subscription on Billing instead of starting a new checkout.
I upgraded but don't see my 500 bonus credits
They are added once your payment is confirmed, which can take up to a minute after checkout, and only when you subscribed before your trial ended. Check Settings, AI credits for your balance; if your trial had already ended when you subscribed, the bonus does not apply.
I cancelled but I'm still being charged
A cancelled plan runs through the end of the month or year you already paid for, then moves to Free. If a charge lands after that, check Manage subscription on Billing, or reach out from the docs page's contact link.
My referral reward never showed up
The free month applies once the workspace you referred makes its first payment, not when they sign up. Check their status on your Invite page; it says Signed up until they convert.
