Your numbers, read for you.

One button on the page you already use. LopeBase reads that page's numbers from your connected tools and tells you what changed, what is at risk, and what to do next. In plain words, with the numbers behind it.

Works with the tools you connect: Stripe or Polar, PostHog, Google Analytics, Plausible, Search Console, Sentry, and uptime checks.

The reviews

Five reviews, each where you already look.

Each one opens with the one thing that matters most, then what stands out, marked going well, worth watching, or act now, then numbered next steps.

A weekly briefing

Every product's numbers against last week, what needs attention, uptime, and what your team did, read into what changed and what to do this week.

Revenue review

MRR, cancellations, past-due subscriptions, and failed payments, and what to do about each.

Traffic review

What is driving visits, what is slipping, and which pages to work on, from analytics, search clicks, and signups.

Incident review

Thirty days of uptime checks and each outage, with your top errors from Sentry when it is connected. It says what went wrong and what to fix first. After downtime, it drafts a calm note for your customers.

Share an article

From any article, a post for X, one for LinkedIn, a newsletter blurb, and a community post, in your product's voice, each with its character count and a copy button. Works with articles from the content autopilot.

How a review works

No prompts to write and nothing to set up beyond the tools you have already connected.

  1. 01

Open the page. Overview, Revenue, Analytics, Uptime, or an article. Pick one product or all of them.

  2. 02

Run it. You see each step as it reads your numbers and writes.

  3. 03

Read it. A headline, what stands out, and next steps, with the sources it read listed underneath.

  4. 04

Come back to it. The latest review stays on the page for your whole team until someone runs it again.

What it will not do

A review is only useful if you can trust it, so each one works inside the same rules.

  • Make up numbersIt is given your numbers and told to use only those. When the data is thin, it says so.
  • Send your customers' detailsThe revenue review reads totals and payment results. Customer names and emails never leave LopeBase.
  • Mix things that do not add upAmounts in different currencies are never added together, and neither are visits from two different analytics tools.
  • Post anything for youStatus notes and social posts are drafts to read and copy. Nothing is published on your behalf.
  • Run without youOnly an admin can run a review. Everyone else on the team can read the latest one.
  • Hide its sourcesEvery review lists what it read and which model wrote it.

Questions

How the AI reviews behave, in plain terms.

Something else? Email us.

Which tools does each review read?

The weekly briefing reads every product's app numbers, analytics, uptime, and what needs attention. The revenue review reads Stripe or Polar, plus MRR your own app reports. The traffic review reads PostHog, Google Analytics, Plausible, or Cloudflare Web Analytics, with Search Console or Bing and your app's signups. The incident review reads your uptime checks and Sentry.

Can I review one product instead of all of them?

Yes. The revenue, traffic, and incident reviews follow the product picker on their page, so you can review one product or every product at once. The weekly briefing always covers the whole workspace.

Does it run on its own?

No. A review runs when an admin presses the button, and the latest one stays on the page until it is run again. For a scheduled summary, the weekly digest email arrives on the day and hour you pick.

Which AI model writes the reviews?

By default, LopeBase's own AI access. You can add your own OpenAI-compatible key under Connections instead, and every review uses it. Each review names the model that wrote it.

Can it be wrong?

Yes, so it shows its work. It is told to use only the numbers it is given and to say when the data is thin, and it lists every source it read. Check the numbers on the same page before you act on a review.

Are the social posts published for me?

No. Share an article writes four drafts to read, edit, and copy. LopeBase does not post to X, LinkedIn, or anywhere else.
