Every product's revenue, and how long the cash lasts.

LopeBase reads each product's Stripe or Polar account with a restricted, read-only key and shows MRR, subscriptions, and the last 30 days of payments for all of them on one page. Connect your bank and the same page shows cash and runway.

The Revenue page

One page instead of one dashboard per account.

Pick one product or all of them. The numbers you check every morning are at the top, each product is a row underneath.

MRR for every product at once

Monthly recurring revenue and active subscriptions from every Stripe and Polar account you connect, side by side and added up.

Past due and cancelling

Subscriptions set to cancel and payments that failed, per product, so you can reach out before they are gone.

Payments, gross and net

Gross, net, and one-time payments over the last 30 days, so a lifetime deal or a refund shows up next to the recurring number.

Cash and runway

Connect Mercury, Brex, Rho, or Wise to see cash, money in and out, and how many months the cash lasts at the last 30 days' pace.

A review that says what to do

One button reads cancellations, past-due subscriptions, and failed payments and says what to do about each. It reads totals, never customer names or emails. More on the AI reviews page.

Set up in a few minutes

No webhooks to wire and no database access.

  1. 01

Make a read-only key. A restricted Stripe key that can only read. The Stripe read-only key guide walks through it.

  2. 02

Connect it to a product. One key per product, so each account stays separate.

  3. 03

Add your bank, if you like. Banks connect once for the whole workspace and add cash and runway.

  4. 04

Get told when it matters. Past-due subscriptions show on Overview, in alerts, and in the weekly digest.

How it counts

Revenue numbers are only useful if you can trust them.

  • Currencies stay apartAmounts in different currencies are never added together. The main currency is summed and the others are listed beside it.
  • Runway only when cash is fallingRunway is worked out from the last 30 days, and only when more went out than came in.
  • Read-onlyLopeBase cannot refund, cancel, or change a subscription. It only reads.
  • Your own MRR, tooA product that bills outside Stripe or Polar can report its MRR through the LopeBase Adapter.

Questions

Revenue in LopeBase, in plain terms.

Can I track MRR across several Stripe accounts?

Yes. Connect one restricted key per product and the Revenue page adds them up, with each product on its own row. The guide on tracking MRR across Stripe accounts goes into detail.

Does it work with Polar?

Yes. Polar accounts show the same numbers as Stripe, and a workspace can mix both.

Can LopeBase change anything in Stripe?

No. It asks for a restricted key with read access only, so it cannot refund, cancel, or edit anything.

How is runway worked out?

From your connected bank's cash and the last 30 days of money in and out. When cash grew or held, there is no runway number, because nothing is burning.

Is there a free way to try the math first?

Yes. The MRR calculator runs in your browser with no signup.
