LopeBase vs Baremetrics

Baremetrics is subscription analytics: MRR, churn, trial insights, segmentation, benchmarks, and forecasting, with add-ons for failed-payment recovery and cancellation insights. LopeBase covers revenue too, but as one part of a wider console. It shows MRR for every product next to traffic, uptime, errors, and SEO, so you can see why a number moved.

How the pricing compares

Baremetrics prices by revenue. Its pricing page, checked October 2026, lists Launch at $75 a month for up to $360K ARR with a single integration, Growth at $255 a month for $360K to $3.6M ARR with two integrations, and Scale at $1,152 a month above that. Annual billing takes up to 35% off. Payment recovery and cancellation insights are $129 a month each.

LopeBase prices by products, not revenue. Free for one product. Studio is $29 a month for 3 products, Portfolio $99 for 10, and Agency $299 with no limit. Priced by products, not seats.

Because Baremetrics pricing rises with ARR, a portfolio that grows moves up bands. LopeBase pricing only changes when you add products.
