Alerts and the weekly email
Turn on browser and email alerts, choose what counts as serious, and set up the weekly summary email. How LopeBase decides when to tell you something.
LopeBase checks your properties every 15 minutes and tells you once when something starts, once more only if it gets worse, and once when it is fixed, never on every check. Alerts can reach you in this browser, in any other browser you turn them on in, and by email. A separate weekly email sums up the numbers.
Turn on alerts

Turn on this browser
Click Turn on in this browser and allow notifications when your browser asks. Alerts then show even when LopeBase is closed. Turn on each other browser or device the same way, from inside it; there is no way to turn one on from another.

Check email alerts
Email is on by default, to the address you sign in with. Everything that changed goes in one email, at most every 15 minutes, not one email per problem.
On an iPhone or iPad, add LopeBase to your home screen first and open it from there. Safari in a regular tab cannot show alerts.
How serious, and about what
Choose Needs action to hear only about what is broken or blocking, like a site down or a failing build. Choose Also worth a look to add early signs too, like a bounce rate near Resend's limit or a subscription past due. Reviews waiting for you and status page updates always count, whichever you pick.
Then pick which kinds of problem you want to hear about:
| Kind | Covers |
|---|---|
| Sites and services down | A site stops answering, a connection breaks, or a database is unhealthy. |
| Builds and errors | A build failing on your main branch, Workers failing requests, database advisor errors. |
| Payments | Subscriptions going past due. |
| Email delivery | Bounces or spam complaints near Resend's limits. |
| Traffic stopped | No pageviews arriving for a week. |
| Your app's own warnings | What your app's LopeBase Adapter flags. |
| Reviews waiting | A pipeline or articles waiting for your OK. |
| Status page updates | A teammate posts or edits a note on a public status page. |
Turn on "When it is fixed" to hear a short note once something that alerted is back to normal. If you run more than one property, pick which ones you want to hear about; a new property is included unless you choose a specific set.
Use Send a test alert at the bottom to see one land in every place you have turned on, without waiting for something to actually break.
The weekly summary email
A separate email, under SettingsEmail, sends your numbers once a week on the day and time you choose, in your own time zone.
Open weekly summary settingsPick what it includes: the numbers (MRR, signups, active users, pageviews, with change from last week), what needs attention, one row per property, traffic by source, and team activity. Click Send me a preview to see one right away.
The notification bell
The bell icon, in the sidebar and in the top bar on a phone, shows a small dot when anything is waiting. Click it to open Notifications, which lists two kinds of notice: a newer version of your LopeBase Adapter, and a connection that has stopped refreshing. Filter the list to one property, or leave it on all of them.
Mark a notice Done once you have dealt with it, or Dismiss it if it does not matter to you; either moves it out of the list. Show done brings back what you have cleared, with a Move back button on each one. What you clear is yours alone: a teammate sees their own list, not what you dismissed. This is separate from push and email alerts: it is always there, with no settings to turn on.

I turned alerts on but never get a push notification
Check the browser you expect alerts in is still listed under alert settings as on; a browser can lose its subscription after it is reset or notifications are blocked. Site settings next to the address bar show whether LopeBase is allowed to notify.
Why didn't I hear about something that was clearly down?
Check the category it falls under is turned on, and that the property it belongs to is in your picked list. A short blip under about an hour also never alerts, so it does not catch brief hiccups.
I'm getting too many alerts
Switch from "Also worth a look" to "Needs action," or turn off a category you do not need. "Also worth a look" is meant to be noisier; most people leave it on "Needs action."
The weekly email arrived at the wrong time
Check the time zone on the Email tab: it defaults to a fixed zone until you pick your own, and the day and hour apply to the zone shown there.
Can someone else on my team get their own alerts?
Yes. Alerts and the weekly email are per operator, so each person signed into the workspace sets their own browsers, categories, and schedule.
