Read Overview
What each part of Overview shows: the setup checklist, what needs attention now, your numbers across every property, and the weekly summary email.
Overview is the first thing you see in LopeBase. With every property in view, it is the one page that shows all of them together: what needs a look right now, and the numbers that matter, side by side.
Get set up
For your first week, Overview shows a short setup checklist: add a property with its website, connect your first tool, connect three tools, turn on alerts in this browser, run your first AI review, and invite a teammate. Each step ticks itself off as you do it, however you do it, and the whole list hides itself once every step is done or a week has passed. You can hide it sooner with the button in its corner, and skip any step that does not apply to you, like inviting a teammate when you work alone.
Now: what needs a look
Under "Now", Overview lists anything that needs you: a failing check, a review waiting for your approval, or a connection whose data has stopped arriving. Each line says what is wrong and links straight to it. When nothing needs attention, it says so plainly instead of showing an empty section.
Now
Trial reminder
If your workspace is still on its trial, admins see a short card here partway through it: what you have connected and used so far, and what moving to Free would change for your workspace, with a button to upgrade and how many days are left. It can be dismissed for a few days at a time. See Plans, trial, and billing for what each plan includes.
Your numbers, across every property
Once at least one property has numbers to show, Overview adds a strip of totals: MRR, one-time revenue from the last 30 days where you have any, active users, your content queue, signups in the last 7 days, and cash on hand once a bank account is connected. Each one links to the dashboard behind it.
Below that, each property gets its own card: MRR up top, then one-time revenue, active users, queue, and signups, with the logos of the tools connected to it. Hover a logo for its name. A second set of cards shows each property's pageviews and weekly visitors from its analytics tool, and a card opens the dashboard behind it. A weekly briefing button reads every property's numbers against last week, uptime, and what needs you, then writes up what changed and what to do this week.
Looking at one property instead of all of them
Pick a property from the switcher at the top of the sidebar and Overview narrows to just that one: its own setup, its own numbers, nothing from the rest of your workspace. A Show all properties button takes you back, and Browse data opens that property's own page in full.
The weekly summary email
Settings has its own weekly email, separate from the in-app briefing: your properties' numbers and what changed from last week, sent on whichever day and time you choose. Pick what it includes (the numbers, what needs attention, a row per property, traffic, or team activity), and which properties it covers if you run more than one.
Open Email settingsWhere to go next
- Add and manage properties if Overview is still empty.
- Connect your tools for what feeds these numbers.
- Alerts to hear about problems as they happen, not just when you open Overview.
