LopeBase vs Whatagraph

Whatagraph is a marketing reporting platform for agencies and brands. It pulls ads, social, analytics, and SEO data into one place, and its agents draft branded client reports, write commentary, and watch accounts. LopeBase has a different reader in mind: the person running the product. It tracks each product's revenue, search, traffic, uptime, and errors, and tells you what needs fixing today, rather than what to put in this month's report.

How the pricing compares

Whatagraph's pricing page, checked October 2026, shows two plans, both billed yearly. Max starts at €999 a month and comes with from 50 credits, unlimited users and reports, white labeling, automated emails with PDF, and a dedicated success manager. Prime is custom priced and adds a custom report domain, a Looker Studio transfer, priority support, and an enterprise SLA. The page did not list a free plan or a trial.

Credits are the unit to watch. Whatagraph counts one credit per connected data account, so one Facebook Ads account is one credit, whichever plan you are on. An agency with twenty clients, each with a few ad accounts and a GA4 property, works through credits quickly. That is fair for agencies, where each client pays for their own share.

LopeBase counts products, and a product's sources all count as that one product. Free for one product. Studio is $29 a month for 3 products, Portfolio $99 for 10, and Agency $299 with no limit. A new workspace gets 14 days of Portfolio with no card.

The two prices are not really competing. Whatagraph's entry plan is priced for a reporting team that bills clients for the work. LopeBase is priced for a founder or small studio paying for its own products.

Where each one is stronger

Where Whatagraph is stronger

  • Client-ready reportsBranded reports built from a prompt or a template, drafted on a schedule for your team to review, then sent as PDFs.
  • Paid ads coverageMost of its listed integrations are ad platforms, which LopeBase does not read at all.
  • Written commentaryAgents write report commentary in your brand style and can bulk edit many reports at once.
  • Blends and groupsData groups and blends across accounts, and KPI overviews with alerts.
  • Unlimited seatsUnlimited users and reports on both plans.

Where LopeBase is stronger

  • Product health, not campaign resultsMRR, signups, active users, uptime, and errors per product, beside traffic and search.
  • Problems, found for youNeeds attention lists a site that is down, a failing build, payments past due, or GA4 tracking that stopped.
  • SEO you act onA site audit, index checks, page-two searches, and pages competing for one search, from Search Console and Bing.
  • Backlinks from your own accountsBing's inbound links for free, or the fuller list from DataForSEO on your own pay-as-you-go balance.
  • Your app's own numbersThe LopeBase Adapter shares signups and users from your code, without database access.

Both tools now lean on agents, so it helps to be precise about what each agent does. Whatagraph's agents build and edit reports, write commentary, and monitor accounts on a schedule, posting alerts to Slack or email. LopeBase's AI reviews read your own numbers and suggest next steps, like better titles for pages that are seen and skipped, and every finding can be copied as a prompt for the coding agent that works on your site. Your own agent can also read LopeBase's data over the SEO MCP server.

Which one to pick

Pick Whatagraph if

You are an agency or a brand team, your work is paid ads, social, and SEO, and the deliverable is a branded report a client or a boss reads each month.

Pick LopeBase if

You build and run your own SaaS products and need to know which one needs you today: revenue, uptime, errors, search, and traffic, for every product, on one screen.

Whatagraph is the right tool when someone else is the audience. Reports need to look good, carry a client's brand, arrive on time, and explain themselves. That is exactly what it sells, and LopeBase does not compete on it.

LopeBase is the right tool when you are the audience and the product is yours. A drop in search clicks matters, but so does a Stripe account with failed payments, a domain about to lapse, or a build that has failed since Tuesday. Those never show up in a marketing report, and they are what LopeBase checks first.

Using both

Some studios do two kinds of work: client marketing that pays the bills, and their own products on the side. For them, the split is clean. Whatagraph handles client reporting. LopeBase runs the studio's own products, and its Agency plan has no limit on products or operators.

If a client only needs to see a site's SEO health, you may not need a full report at all. LopeBase can share a read-only link to a site's audit, with its health score, top fixes, and copyable fix prompts, and you can turn the link off whenever you like. See sharing the report. For a status page a customer can bookmark, see status pages.

Getting set up

LopeBase does not import Whatagraph reports. It reads the same sources directly, so setup is a few sign-ins.

  1. 01

Add a property for each product you run. A client account you only report on usually does not belong here.

  2. 02

Connect with Google for Search Console and GA4, read-only. See connecting Google.

  3. 03

Add Bing, Stripe or Polar, and an error tracker if you use one. LopeBase checks each product's address for uptime every 15 minutes.

  4. 04

Invite teammates with the role they need, down to a single connection. See operators.

Questions

Something else? Contact us.

Is LopeBase a Whatagraph alternative?

Not for agency client reporting. LopeBase is not a white-label report builder and does not read ad platforms. It is an alternative if what you need is a view of products you run yourself.

Does LopeBase send scheduled reports?

It sends you a weekly digest: one email with each product's numbers, the change from last week, and what needs you, on the day and hour you pick. See the weekly summary. It does not send branded PDF reports to clients.

Does Whatagraph read Stripe or Bing Webmaster Tools?

Neither was on its integrations page when we checked in October 2026. It lists Search Console, GA4, Semrush, and Ahrefs among its SEO and analytics sources.

Can clients log in to LopeBase?

You can invite anyone as an operator with a Viewer role, and limit what they see on each connection. It is a workspace for your team, not a client portal.
