LopeBase holds the keys that let it read your other tools: Stripe, Search Console, your database, and more. Here is how those keys are protected, what LopeBase actually does with them, and how to export or delete your data whenever you want.

## How connection keys are stored

Every key or token you connect is encrypted before it is saved, with its own one-time encryption key, which is itself wrapped under a key specific to your workspace. Nobody reads a stored key back to you, in the app or over the MCP server; LopeBase only uses it to call the service you connected it to.

## Read-only by default

Connecting a tool to LopeBase is read-only unless a page says otherwise. LopeBase fetches your numbers; it does not change anything in Stripe, Search Console, your database, or any other connected tool. The few actions that do write somewhere, like publishing an article to your CMS, say so plainly before you turn them on, and an MCP agent cannot use a tool that writes without you approving a token for it (see [Connect Claude and other agents over MCP](https://lopebase.com/docs/mcp-server)).

## Sign out everywhere

**Sign out everywhere**, in the account menu, asks you to confirm and then ends your session on every device and browser, including the one you are using. Anywhere still signed in lands on the sign-in page the next time it loads a page, and needs a fresh sign-in to get back in.

## Export your data

Download everything in your workspace as one JSON file: the workspace itself, its operators, every connector by name (never the keys), dashboards, saved views, pipeline runs, and the full audit log.

Go to **Settings** > **Your data**, or [Open Your data](https://app.lopebase.com/settings?tab=data).

## Delete your data

Three different things can be deleted, and they are not the same:

- **Delete a property.** Removes one product and everything LopeBase keeps for it: its connections and keys, uptime history, status page, and SEO and content data. The rest of the workspace is untouched. See [Delete a property](https://lopebase.com/docs/properties#delete).
- **Delete your account.** Removes you from every workspace, ends all your sessions, and deletes your sign-in. Workspaces you belonged to keep their audit history of what you did, but your account itself is gone.
- **Delete the workspace.** Closes it right away: nobody can sign in, and any paid plan is cancelled. After 14 days it is removed for good, along with every operator who belongs only to it, every stored connector key, dashboards, and the audit log. Until then, every admin gets an email with a link to undo it.

> **Watch out:** Deleting a workspace cannot be undone after the 14 day window closes. Export your data first if you want to keep a copy.

## Send feedback or write a review

Click **Feedback** at the bottom of the sidebar to tell us how LopeBase is working for you. A person on our team reads every note.

To leave a review, open Feedback and click **Write a review**. Pick a star rating, write a sentence or two, and add your name, role, and company if you want them shown. LopeBase may also ask for a review after you do something like publish a status page or approve an article. It asks at most once every 14 days, and never again once you write one or click **Don't ask again**.

> **Note:** We only use a review on our website if you tick **OK to share this publicly**. Otherwise only our team reads it.

## If something goes wrong

### Can LopeBase staff see my connection keys

No. Keys are encrypted at the moment you save them and are never shown back to anyone, in the app or through the API. LopeBase uses them only to call the service you connected.

### I deleted my workspace by mistake

Check your email for the undo link sent to every admin when the workspace was closed. It works for 14 days after deletion; after that the workspace and everything in it is gone for good.

### My export is missing my connector keys

That is expected. The export lists each connector by name so you know what was connected, but never includes the stored key or token itself.
